Privacy Policy
Introduction
QuackBooks (hereinafter referred to as "we") respects and protects the privacy rights of all users of our services. By using our services, you agree to the entire content of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the QuackBooks Service Agreement.
1. Scope
a) When you register a QuackBooks account, you provide personal registration information as required by QuackBooks;
You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this privacy policy:

2. Information Collection
When providing services, we may collect, store, and use the following information about you. If you do not provide relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user or enjoy certain services we provide, or even if we can continue to provide some services, the intended effect of the service may not be achieved.
a) Information you provide when registering our account or using our services, such as phone number, WeChat login information, etc.; information you share with others through our services, and information you store when using our services.
b) Log information refers to technical information that the system may automatically collect through cookies, web beacons, or other means when you use our services, including: device or software information, such as your mobile device, web browser, or other programs you use to access our services, configuration information provided by them, your IP address, version and device identification code of your mobile device; information you search and browse when using our services, such as web search terms, URLs of social media pages you visit, and other information and content details you browse or request when using our services; information about mobile applications (APPs) and other software you have used, and information about your use of such applications and software; information about your communications through our services, such as accounts you have communicated with, and the time, data, and duration of communications.
c) To ensure the safe operation of the software and services, we will collect your app installation list, device model, system and app version, login IP address, and network access method.
e) For better user service, after you agree to the privacy policy, the integrated Auth0 SDK will obtain your app list, device model, device serial number, operating system, device Mac address, and unique device identifier to support Auth0 login services.
3. Information Use
a) QuackBooks will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless your permission is obtained in advance, or the third party and QuackBooks (including QuackBooks affiliates) jointly provide services to you, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all such information they previously had access to.
b) QuackBooks also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or distribute your personal information by any means. Any QuackBooks platform user who engages in such activities, once discovered, QuackBooks has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.
4. Information Disclosure
a) Disclose to third parties with your prior consent;
b) Share your personal information with third parties as necessary to provide the products and services you request;
c) Disclose to third parties or administrative and judicial institutions as required by relevant laws or at the request of administrative or judicial institutions;
d) Disclose to third parties if you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations, or QuackBooks service agreements or related rules;
e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose to the respondent at the request of the respondent to facilitate the resolution of possible rights disputes between the two parties;
f) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by QuackBooks in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.
5. Information Security
All QuackBooks accounts have security protection functions. Please keep your username and password information properly. QuackBooks will ensure your information is not lost, misused, or altered through encryption and other security measures. Despite the above security measures, please note that there is no "perfect security measure" on the information network.
6. Device Permissions
In the process of providing specific services, we may need to access some of your device permissions. For example, to process your input information online, we may request network permissions; to save images, we may request storage permissions, etc. We will ask for your consent through pop-up windows in specific scenarios. You can choose to enable or disable relevant permissions in the system settings function of your device, thereby allowing or refusing us to collect and use your personal information.
7. Auto-Start and Associated App Instructions
a) To ensure that this app can normally receive client push information when it is closed or running in the background, this app must use (auto-start) capability, and there will be a certain frequency of system broadcasts to wake up the app for auto-start or associated start behavior, which is necessary for implementing functions and services.
b) When you open content push messages, after obtaining your explicit consent, relevant content will be opened. Without your consent, there will be no auto-start or associated start.
